I would like to say thank you to Joesph Long for all the help he has given me and for the opportunity to be in his class. I have learned a lot of new things about taking pictures and how to perfect them and i will definitely use these skills. Thank you again for all your help even though i was late to like almost everyone of your classes and you still helped me and cared.

Thanks

I like the way she was posed in this picture and i feel like the color of her shirt brings out her complexion of her face.

I like the way this picture tuned out. i was trying to make it serious.

I was extremely happy the way this picture came out,it captured the moment.

This picture i choose because i felt like it was a relaxed picture and i wanted it to look  like an everyday picture not something so

I just loved the way this picture came out. I love everything about it,the plants and wood it just made me happy to look at it.

I wanted a serious picture of Anna and that is exactly what i got. This also came out how i wanted it and  i was very pleased with it.

I really just wanted Loren to be herself and i liked how i was able to do that .

This is another of my favorites, i like the way it turned out. I feel like he looks like a model in a way in this specific picture.

I liked how he looks juts like any other, not to much detail just a normal picture.

I wanted to capture Lizzy's amazing smile.

I feel like this picture gives you a glimpse of her personality.

This picture looked like she had something on her mind and that is why i choose this plus she looked amazing in it as well.

I like this picture because it looks natural like she had no idea i was taking the picture. the way you see her hair in her face to was another reason why i liked it.
.

This picture i like because not only you see her but you also see the tree i liked how it  didn't stand out it just fit with it.

I felt like i did an extreme  job in capturing the moment the way her smile it just  looks great that's just my opinion.

I like this angle that i got from her and the way it turned out i was very pleased as well.

I liked how this picture it  stands out from the others, it just a different way that i took this one i wanted something different.

Thursday Thoughts 4/11/13

Today we learned about portraits. We were put in groups and each group went outside and took pictures of each other. In my group it was, Fancais,Tali and kelsey. Our group decided to go over bored and have props for out portraits that were gonna be taken. It was really fun i had a great time. What i also learned in class was,you don't always have to have the whole face in the frame you can be creative and do some head cropping. It may seem a little strange but it is perfectly fine. Everyone had to take at least one picture with their head cropped.

Thursday Thoughts

1/24/13

Today i got to learn more about ISO and how it is bad to have the iso really high when there is already light, it will only create noise if you use it like that. I also learned about the white balance and  that pictures will turn out to be yellow if i use the daylight setting . I didn't really now anything about the white balance and were it was located on the camera until today.
